  • For the habit with a per-week goal: your streak increases when you complete the weekly goal. Below your streak, you can see the progress of the last 7 weeks, or since your starting week.
  • For the habit with a per-week goal: your streak increases when you complete the monthly goal. Below your streak, you can see the progress of the last 7 months, or since your starting month.
  • For the habit with a per-year goal: your streak increases when you complete the annual goal. Below your streak, you can see the progress of the last 7 years, or since your starting year.

Core indexes

Core Index Good Habit Single I OSThere are 4 index numbers:
  • Success: displays the number of days you achieved your habit goal in the month.
  • Failed: shows the number of days you marked as failed for the habit in the month.
  • Skipped: indicates the number of days you marked as skipped for the habit in the month.
  • Total: reflects the total amount or number of times you have completed the habit, with the unit aligned to your goal’s unit (e.g., minutes) in the month.
Under each significant number, you can compare your achievement from the previous range ( ex, this month compared to the total count of the last month, this year compared to the total count of the prior year).
How “Success” is calculated?
  • If your habit is a daily habit, it will be the number of days you complete your goal.
  • If your habit is a habit with per-week goal, once you complete the goal of a week, it will be counted as 7 days of success, excluding the number of days you mark as Skip or Fail.
  • If your habit a habit with per-month goal, once you complete this month’s goal, it will be the total days of the month, excluding the number of days you mark as Skip or Fail.
  • If your habit is a habit with per-year goal, once you complete this month’s goal, it will be the total days of the year, excluding the number of days you mark as Skip or Fail.

Progress in Calendar

Calendar View Good Habit Single I OSThe calendar visually represents your habit progress in the month. Each day is marked with different symbols based on the status you check on your habit on that day:

  • An incomplete circle: the day you do some progress on your habit with a per-day goal.
  • An right-headed arrow: the day you mark your habit as Skipped.

Streak History

If your habit has a per-day goal, this section will show you the streaks that you have achieved with your habit, from the first one you got to the most recent one.Streak Daily Good Habit Single I OSIf your habit as a per-week, per-month, or per-year goal, this section will show your completion rate in each week, month, or year, since the starting period.Streak Period Good Habit Single I OSTrend Chart Good Habit Single I OSThe column chart gives you a powerful visual of your habit performance over time. At the bottom of the chart, you can switch between Day, Week, Month, or Year. This lets you see your progress from a daily snapshot to a long-term trend. When you select a time period, you’ll see:
  • Your performance trend: Each column shows your total achievement for that period (for example, each day of the week or each month of the year).
  • Exact details: Tap and hold any column to see the specific number you achieved for that single period.
  • Your average: The chart also calculates your average achievement per period since you started the habit.
You also can see a red dashed line on the chart. This line represents the goal you set for your habit. It’s a simple way to instantly see how you’re doing. For example, if your goal is to walk 2,000 meters a day, the red line on the daily chart will be at 2,000 m. This allows you to quickly check which days you met or exceeded your goal.

Consistency line chart

Consistency Good Habit Single I OSFor your habits with a per-day goal, you will find a powerful metric called the Consistency Index. This score goes beyond a simple streak to give you a more nuanced view of your performance over a selected period (30, 60, 90, or 180 days). While a streak is an all-or-nothing measure, the Consistency Index rewards effort and resilience. It shows you that even if you break a streak, you can still maintain a high level of consistency. It’s a more forgiving and realistic way to look at your long-term journey of self-improvement.Here is an example of how the Consistency score is calculated for your habit:
To make this clear, let’s use a simple 3-day period for a habit.Day 1: You complete the habit.
  • Daily Value: 100%
  • Daily Consistency for Day 1: 100% (the average of the last 3 days, but only Day 1 exists)
Day 2: You complete half the goal.
  • Daily Value: 50%
  • Daily Consistency for Day 2: (100% [Day 1] + 50% [Day 2]) / 2 = 75%
Day 3: You fail the habit.
  • Daily Value: 0%
  • Daily Consistency for Day 3: (100% [Day 1] + 50% [Day 2] + 0% [Day 3]) / 3 = 50%
The Final Calculation: Your Overall Consistency for this 3-day period would be the average of the Daily Consistency scores: (100% + 75% + 50%) / 3 = 75%
Within the Consistency chart, you will see a dashed line. This line represents your past performance, allowing you to easily see if your current consistency trend is better or worse than before. The comparison period changes based on the date range you select:
  • For the last 30D view, the dashed line shows your average from the previous 60 days.
  • For the last 60D view, the dashed line shows your average from the previous 120 days.
  • For the last 90D view, the dashed line shows your average from the previous 180 days.
You can determine if your consistency is trending up or down by looking at two key things in the chart: the solid line and its relationship to the dashed line.

Bad habit’s single progress

Current Streak

Current Streak Bad Habit Single I OSThe first thing you see in the single progress view of a bad habit is the current streak you’ve been maintaining with the habit. For habits with goal to limit, how to increase your current streak is based on your habit’s goal:
  • Goal to limit per day: Streak increases when a day is marked as suceeded.
  • Goal to limit per week: Streak increases when you keep your doings under the weekly limitation.
  • Goal to limit per month: Streak increases when you keep your doings under the monthly limitation.
  • Goal to limit per year: Streak increases when you keep your doings under the annual limitation.
For habits with goal to quit, streak increases when you stay away from the habit for the current day successfully and the day is marked as suceeded.

  • Zero-Day (with Limit goal only): The number of days you are not doing the habit at all.
