Where to find Habi AI
From Journal, hold and drag down the habit list until “Ask Habi” appears at the top of your screen, then drag down once more to select it. From Progress tab, tap the AI chat icon in the bottom-right corner. From the single progress view of each habit:- iOS app: tap the AI chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Android app: tap the AI chat in the top-right corner.
What Habi can learn for context
- All of your habit data, including but not limited to:
- Habits
- Habit notes
- Habit logs
- Time of Day
- Areas
- Preferences / Settings With your permission, Habi can also draw on:
- Device-native Calendar apps, Outlook Calendar, and Google Calendar: your calendars and events.
- Apple Reminders : your tasks and task lists.
- Apple Health (iOS), Health Connect (Android), or Strava: all supported health data types; you choose which ones to add as context.
What Habi can do
- Reads what’s on your screen, so it understands what you’re already looking at:
- Journal: the filter you’re currently using, the date you’re on, and which habits are currently on screen.
- Single progress: which habit you’re currently viewing.
- Progress: your current filter and date range.
- Manages your logs:
- Add, delete, or update a log for a habit on a specific day - Skip, Fail, or Success.
- Add, delete, or update notes on a habit.
- Add, delete, or update mood logs.
- Manages your habits:
- Create a new habit, Good or Bad.
- Update a habit, including adding or removing reminders, adding or removing checklist items, updating goals, updating icons.
- Archiving or unarchiving habits.
- Find icons for a habit.
- Manages your areas:
- Create or update an area.
- Add habits into an area, or remove habits from one.
- Manages your Time of Day:
- Create or update a Time of Day.
- Add habits into a Time of Day, or remove habits from one.
- Answers your questions:
- Reads Habitify’s documentation directly from the help center, so it can answer how-to questions about the app itself, not just act on your data.
