# Introduction

Habitify is a habit-tracking app built around a simple idea: lasting change comes from small, consistent actions, tracked honestly over time. Instead of relying on memory or willpower alone, Habitify gives you a focused daily view of what to do, an easy way to log it, and a clear picture of how you're actually trending — across your phone, desktop, and the web, always in sync.

## Track Good & Bad

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/habitify/Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21/images/Track-Good-&-Bad-3.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21&q=85&s=386dbf9104edc1d7ff6be71f637405f3" alt="Track Good & Bad 3" width="2000" height="1126" data-path="images/Track-Good-&-Bad-3.png" />

Habitify supports two kinds of habits, because building something new and breaking something old are genuinely different journeys:

* **Good Habits**: the things you want to build, like exercising, reading, or drinking more water. Set a goal per day, week, month, or year, and Habitify tracks your consistency toward it.
* **Bad Habits**: the things you want to cut back on or quit entirely, like smoking or doomscrolling. Set a limit to stay under, or commit to quitting altogether, and Habitify tracks your restraint rather than your output.

Both are logged the same way - define it once, then check in daily - while the app quietly adapts how it measures success behind the scenes for each.

## Feature Collection

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/habitify/Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21/images/Feature-Collection-3.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21&q=85&s=ab8cd0acd1a1ed02f6f31779eb2945f4" alt="Feature Collection 3" width="2000" height="1126" data-path="images/Feature-Collection-3.png" />

Once the basics click, Habitify has a full set of tools for organizing your habits and understanding *why* they succeed or slip:

* **Areas**: group related habits into life categories, like "Health" or "Work," so you can see how a whole part of your life is going, not just one habit in isolation.
* **Notes**: a small diary attached to each habit, for capturing the context (mood logs, images) behind a check-in.
* **Timer**: Countdown, Stopwatch, and Pomodoro modes for any habit measured in time.
* **Reminders**: time-based, location-based, or habit-stacking, so the right nudge reaches you at the right moment.
* **Progress view**: heatmaps, daily scores, and pattern insights that show your real consistency over weeks and months, not just today.

## Mood Tracking & Reflection

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/habitify/Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21/images/Mood-&-Reflection-3.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21&q=85&s=8c2ad118df429f0c2e099678a5eef846" alt="Mood & Reflection 3" width="2000" height="1126" data-path="images/Mood-&-Reflection-3.png" />

Tracking habits is only one side of personal growth — understanding how those routines affect your mental well-being is the other.

Therefore, **Reflection** is Habitify's dedicated mindfulness space: log your mood with a quick emoji, add a note about your day, and see it all pulled together with your habit progress.

Together, Reflection and Notes turn Habitify from a simple tracker into a real record of your journey, not just your checkmarks.

## Cirlce & Challenge

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/habitify/Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21/images/Challenge-&-Circle-1.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21&q=85&s=3f408111a0ad740b899d5d485173d472" alt="Challenge & Circle 1" width="2000" height="1126" data-path="images/Challenge-&-Circle-1.png" />

Habit-building doesn't have to be a solo effort, but possibly has more fun when you have your friends and family join with you. Here comes the Circle and Challenge.

With **Circle**, you create an ongoing, private space with the people who matter most — sharing progress on multiple habits, cheering each other on, and staying accountable for the long haul.

With **Challenge**, you take on a time-boxed, competitive push toward a single shared goal — complete with a leaderboard, streaks, and optional scoring to keep things interesting.

Whichever fits your group, Habitify turns tracking from something you do alone into something you build together.

## Integrations & Automation

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/habitify/Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21/images/Integration-&-Automation-3.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21&q=85&s=b7f676ab7454861697de36e4478fa213" alt="Integration & Automation 3" width="2000" height="1126" data-path="images/Integration-&-Automation-3.png" />

Habitify doesn't exist in isolation, it's built to connect with the tools and devices already running your life:

* **Health & fitness sync**: Apple Health, Health Connect, Strava, and Fitbit let your device do the logging for you, automatically.
* **Calendar sync**: Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Apple Calendar bring your habits right alongside the rest of your schedule.
* **Screen time tracking**: Screen Time (Android) and RescueTime turn your actual device usage into habit data, for both building healthier screen habits and cutting back on distracting ones.
* **Automation platforms**: Zapier and IFTTT connect Habitify to hundreds of other apps and services, so a habit completion can trigger, or be triggered by, nearly anything else you use.
* **Built-in automation**: Status Update automatically marks unlogged habits at a time you choose, NFC tags turn physical objects into one-tap check-ins, and Shortcuts (plus Siri) let you log progress with your voice, no app-opening required.

## Start & Grow as You need

<img src="https://mintcdn.com/habitify/Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21/images/Grow-with-You-3.png?fit=max&auto=format&n=Hcui6YFTV8d0hz21&q=85&s=275fffd252c8449655a81b6f95551b75" alt="Grow With You 3" width="2000" height="1126" data-path="images/Grow-with-You-3.png" />

You don't need to use everything at once. Most people start with a handful of habits on the Free plan, add areas and reminders as their routine grows, and layer in integrations and automation only once they come Pro and know exactly what they want automated.

Habitify is built to scale with you, as simple or as connected as your habit-tracking actually needs to be.

## Stay on track everywhere

Your habits shouldn't stop the moment you close the app. Habitify follows you **across your phone, tablet, desktop, and the web,** syncing automatically so your progress is always current no matter where you check in.
